What is Marstack
Marstack is a marketing agency and technology consultancy founded in 2021.
Specialising in small business marketing, we deliver marketing campaigns and implement powerful technology designed to help you grow.
We're based in a small Cotswolds village near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire. Lots of our work comes from businesses across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, so if you’re ever in the area, get in touch. It would be great to meet you.
What's your approach?
No matter the service, we have a simple formula to ensure we deliver what you need. It breaks down into just a few simple steps:
Audit - First, we look at where you are today, what’s been working and what hasn’t. We look at what you have in place and try to understand as much about your business and customers as possible.
Plan - Next, we start to make our recommendations. Even if the brief is simple, we want to ensure everyone understands the objectives before we build anything.
Build - This is where we start to build the content, websites, integrations, campaigns etc. We keep you in the loop throughout the process to ensure we are always on point.
Measure - We’re not an agency that builds it and leaves it. We work with you to ensure the content continues delivering for your needs. We measure how things worked out against the objectives and make ongoing improvements.
What if I only want a website?
That’s no problem, lots of our clients start out with just a website, and some retain us just for that and nothing else.
We make a concerted effort to ensure you have as much control of your website as you want. Some clients like to make their own changes to their website, and we empower them to do so. Others prefer to rely on our expertise to make changes, and that’s also fine.
We do, of course, encourage clients to consider their marketing beyond just their website, but we never pressure you into something you don’t want or need.
Who do you work with?
Most of our clients are small to medium-sized businesses or startups, often with limited internal marketing resources (and sometimes none at all). We’ve worked across many industries, including logistics, sustainability, healthcare, recruitment, leisure and hospitality, construction, human resources and more.
What do you mean by growth?
It’s a good question; it means different things to different people. Essentially when we talk about growth, this is always framed in the context of what you, the client, want to achieve. Perhaps you want to grow your online visibility, expand you client base or improve customer satisfaction. Whatever your goals, we’ll help your business grow in that direction; it doesn’t always have to mean revenue or headcount!
How much do you charge?
We often get asked this question and always try to be as upfront as possible about our costs.
We don't charge an hourly rate but price our services by the project. Every service is different, but to give you a guide, a simple website for a startup business or 'brochure' site costs around £1,000 to £2,000. A corporate website for an established business with CRM integration costs around £3,500 to £5,000. An e-Commerce website with complete payment integrations costs around £5,000 to £7,000.
Of course, these prices are a guide only and will depend on what you need and could end up being more or less than these guidelines.
